Shipping Policies

At Cushions Solace, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver your custom-made cushions promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing and production, as each cushion is custom-made to your specifications.

Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you with tracking details for your shipment.

Shipping Details

We ship using DHL or FedEx, which typically delivers within 4-6 days depending on your location and ZIP code.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations cannot be processed after this period.

Please double-check all measurements to ensure a perfect fit; note that a tolerance of +/- 1 inch is allowed on each side.

Fabric and Cushion Considerations

Color Variance: Fabric colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. For the best color match, we recommend ordering fabric samples before finalizing your purchase.

Shape Recovery: Cushions are shipped in a compressed form. Please allow 72 hours for them to fully return to their intended shape after unpacking.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace any defective product.

Refunds will not be issued for personalized items that are refused, and additional return shipping fees may apply.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed or unpaid packages will be held for 30 days before being forfeited.

International Duties and Taxes

Cushions Solace is a USA-based company, and while we are pleased to ship internationally, any duties or import taxes imposed by your local government are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot be held liable for additional fees upon delivery in countries outside the USA.
